Description: Similar to ameratsu but instead of black fire it is regular fire and also similar to chidori but fire. The user channels fire chakara into his palms causing his hand to ignite and he charges at the enemy at high speeds giving him tunnel vision so it is easy to counter unless a uchiha uses this because of his sharingan

Description: The user fires a small shining ball of intense heat straight into the air that can signal a squad or temporarily blind the opponent

Name Of Jutsu: Spirit Of The Phoenix
Rank: S-Rank
Element: Fire
Description: The user is engulfed in intense yellow-white fire that is super nova hot and can be used as offense or defence. While inactive the user's fire jutsus are slightly enhanced, and this jutsu lasts for 2-3 posts depending on rank and ability to control that element

Approved but im not so sure about the last jutsu, Super nova hot is a little uuuh. Too hot? super nova hot would destroy the earth -.-

let me try and pursued you since Raiga will be absent for a few days.
No offense Kinai but the Crimson palm was to vague.
Like ameratsu is what bother me with this one. Ameratsu is suppose to be able to burn anything and never goes out. If the jutsu is like ameratsu it would be godmodding and or burn of the users hand far before it could be used, think about it.

Spirit Of The Phoenix not matter which way you look at this jutsu, it if ever able to be used in my opinion would require the mangekyou. Thats just by going off the sheer heat of the jutsu. Once the offensive and defensive is added along with the fire jutsu increase it would be one epic godmod.
It would burn up the whole area and everyone in it with out touching them anyways if it was super nova hot.

well you do feel strongly about this but like the chidori, It doesn't electricute your hand even when you use it but I can see your point when you meant it was to vague

Also something as strong as ameratsu has to have restrictions if it is like the jutsu there is no way I'd let it be approved just for the sheer fact it can burn ANYTHING.

no the crimson palm i am saying resembles ameratsu they are similar like flame covers the hand not like in power or anything
