Description: This jutsu can only be taught to someone that is of blood of the first users of the jutsu and only only be taught by some one of blood of the first, The user can turn in to a wolf like demon that increses the users stranght and speed, the user also gets clows and fangs but this jutsu can only be used at night when the moon is out and only be used once a night.

Description: Much like the rasengan of legend the chakra bullet is made of pure chakra. It was invented by Konton Kumori with help of his team mate Kanashi Saho. Its form is that of a smoke pellet (irl modern day bullet) and is made of two directional flows a up and down giving it its cylinder shape and a circular one which goes downward rounding it off. It is fired with a push of chakra from the finger moving at high speeds. It can only be used three times a fight due to its frustrating formation and is only able to be used if time is given. (means cant be fired if under heavy assault. The bullet is also hard to aim exactly (can hit vital spots)

Description: One of the many "Claw" Techniques Konton uses. As "Claw" Require no handisgns. Konton first makes the claw shape with his hand and pulls chakra to it. He adds his wind element with it and swipes. This jutsu then blows the opponent back with a huge gust of wind. (a great break through basically)

Description: Tsukuyomi, named for the God of the Moon, is a Genjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to generate a powerful illusion. This jutsu is generated by the left Mangekyou eye. This highly advanced technique can not be used extensively because of the toll it places on the user. To utilize the illusion, the clan member will look into the eyes of his opponent and cast a Genjutsu spell on them. The user has full control over space and time in the jutsu and can place the one affected through any hell they desire for any length desired. The technique itself only lasts for but a second in reality, but the one affected could have lasted through several days of torture.\

is the opponent's blind spot, it can be used as a set up to a number of
jutsu.

Description:e idea of this basic taijutsu move is to strike the opponent, with one
hard and fast strike, in an attempt to stun, wind or knock them out in
one blow. The user must start a way back from the target for this move.
The user rushes at the target, pumping stamina to their legs to greatly
boost their speed. Once in front of the target, the user sends a punch
flying, putting all their momentum behind it. The attack is hard to
direct and has low accuracy due to the speed that the user is moving at,
and if it misses, the user is left wide open as it takes some time to
recover. Still, this attack is incredibly hard to dodge, as the user
moves so fast, the opponent will likely only see the user's movement as a
blur.

Technique]

Description: The user performs a few hand seals and then touches a
nearby object. Their body seems to be swallowed by the object as they
"merge" with it, allowing them to travel through the object and come out
of it at a different point. While the user is merged with the object
they can't be detected using sound, smell, or normal sight, but they
also can't attack, and their resistance to damage drastically drops.

Shiro Yuki [White Snow]

Description: Hiding his handseals in his motion, the user runs circling
his the opponent. Like a double team tactic, the user produces white
after images which merge with his movement fulfilling complete bright
blur. Being in such acceleration, attacking isn't much accessible to the
user, but possible, while the jutsu is mainly for intimidation.

No you dont autimatically learn the moves, you have to be the right lvl to learn them and as for the Hiro bansh, seems a little god moddish =/

Fuuton: Bouseki Kaze [Wind Release: Spinning Wind]

Description: Once the user has completed the necessary seals the user
would grab the targets arm or leg and push it in a spinning motion.
With the help of wind chakra the target will be engulfed in a small
tornado-like movement. The user must back away as to not get hit. After
the spinning wind stops the target will be dizzy and disoriented
leaving them open for attack.

Kaze Bunshin no Jutsu [Wind Clone Technique]

Description: This is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes wind to create
a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Kazu Bunshin has the
ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical
substance. This allows the clone to carry out attacks on its target.
Also, elemental clones can think, but only on the rudimentary level,
and the concentration for their jutsu needs to be maintained by the
user. When this clone disperses, it reverts into a blast of wind.

Fuuton: Renkuudan [Wind Release: Drilling Air Projectile]

Description: The user inhales a large amount of air into his chest and
then slams his fist into his chest to expel it. To strengthen the
attack, the user will imbue chakra into the air. When expelled, it
forms concussive spherical projectiles capable of inflicting large
