As you see the template is rather simple. Which means it should take much to actually add some though to the effects and defects of your seals. So be creative. Another thing sealing Jutsu can be the most over powered thing in a ninja's arsenal. So make sure you level out the pro's and cons.
RULES1) Only Seal master can create Fuinjutsu.
2) Genin are limited to rank D creation. C - B for chuunin A - SS For Jounin+
3) NO CURSE SEALS.
4) No complaining if your Jutsu Did not get accepted. I will give a valid reason for this.
5) Jutsu Must be approved By Konton Kumori.
