Plot: Age 14 young Kiari Toushiro attacked her father killing the man with her ice jutsu. As a punishment her Keikegenki was sealed by the only fuinjutsu user to ever exist. Some how days later he was found impaled on a ice spike. The same day his body was found she was no where near. Years have passed and spies have found out the cause and her whereabouts, She is stilling using Toushiro jutsu thanks to a necklace giving her ice chakra. She is now 24.
Appearance: Long snow white hair, light blue kimono
Her Jutsu: All Ice/Toushiro Jutsu, wind to A-rank, water to B.
Objective: kill her and retrieve the necklace of the ice queen
(Note: Ice necklace when taken as a reward only gives you ice chakra. Not toushiro jutsu.)
