Personality: Naruhi is a very relaxed, laidback guy. He just enjoys the little things in life and almost nothing can ruin his day. He is a very imaginative person, ask him for an idea on anything and he could give a list of a thousand stuff. He is the type to never turn down a fight unless it's a fight he knows he has no chance in winning.

Background information: Naruhi was born in a remote area in the border between Nyu-Konohagakure and the N.S.E. There he lived in peace with the reminants of his clan, where they got by fairly well despite not being able to go on missions for money or anything. When naruhi was 9, he activated his eagle eye for the first time. He caused quite a mess, he kept accidentally attacking his family members. It wasn't long before ninjas from nyu-konohagakure came out to check out what was going on and found the barely thriving clan. A slaughter took place but naruhi and some of the members managed to escape into the N.E.S before it was too late. They settled down into the southern empire where they once again settled into society. Naruhi entered the academy when he was ten and became genin the next year. He became chunin at age 15 and began teaching kids in the academy. Four years later, he became a jounin for producing so many academy graduates who went on to become chunins.

Rp Sample: Naruhi was sitting by a river, staring up at the sky when he felt a heavy chakra pressure drop down behind him. Three jounin rank ninja appear behind him and look down at him. “Naruhi Byaringan?” Naruhi sighed and stood up, only to be pushed back down by one of the jounin. “yea that’s me, what about it?” The jounin pulled out three swords and held them to his neck. “Naruhi Byaringan, you are hereby sentenced to death for being a threat to society and leaving the village of Nyu- Konohagakure. Naruhi chuckles softly at the ninja’s words. “Over my dead body” Naruhi makes quick handsigns and taps the ground and an huge gust of wind blows back the three jounin. “Wind Style: Gust” Naruhi makes some handsigns and unsheathes his sword, Reikuto then stabs the ground with it. “Wind Style: Kazeshini” A whirlwind erupt from the ground and sucks in the three jounin, the wind inside the whirlwind is as sharp as several sword blades and it slowly cuts the jounin while they’re spinning inside. Naruhi sheathes Reikuto and the whirlwind dissipates, letting the jounins fall to the ground, wounded from the sharp wind. Naruhi jumps back several feet and performs handsigns and inhales a big breath. The jounins tried to move as fast as they could, away from naruhi but their legs took too much damage from the whirlwind. “Fire Style: Great Fireball Jutsu” Naruhi spews a large fireball at the poor jounins. Naruhi watch the jounins burn for a few minutes then unsheathes reikuto and fires a wave of chakra at the river, causing some river water to extinguish the flames on the jounins. Naruhi turns around and walks back towards his house. “if you make it back, tell the village not to come after me again"

Please change the bloodline and background information (On accoun that I dissaproved your clan, sorry) Other than that approved. Also since the kage of the village you want doesn't have a right hand man if you want you can be it (It's up to you)

(Raiga, most of the reason that i made that decision is because the leader has not been on as a regular. It was up to him whether he wanted a right hand man or not, yes. If he did not want one then he could have just said so and we could go on about our lives with no problem whatsoever so before you rudely make a statement such as this please think of what might go about in the future)
