Personality:Teien's personality has two sides to it. If sanity is in control, Teien can be calm and insightful. He also like peace, quiet and calm when like this. If his 'insane' side is in control, things can spin rapidly to the other end of the spectrum. He loves violence and blood when insanity takes over, he also can turn on comrades in this state. He usually will unless he has some kind of a deep set affection for someone. He lives for violence when in an insane state.
Background
information:Teien grew up in an unassuming town that now stands up on no map. He was born as a...special child. Teien's moods and goals changed constantly and he had the tendency of switching to two completely different personalities. He was also physically stronger and faster than most children and proffered to be alone.
When he got older, Teien changed, but stayed the same in most areas. He was trained in simple genin skills and jutsu by his father. This makes him as skilled as the average trained genin but is not an official shinobi. It was at this time that Teien discovered the real nature of his 'personalities' and developed the Mental releasing technique. He experienced the thing that has set him to wandering at this age as well.
On some routine time away from the village, Teien returned to his village earlier than he planned to because of a smell and sound that disturbed his nap. An overwhelming sound of smoke and the roaring sounds of a great fire. Teien should have been traumatized, he should have gone back to look for his parents. Yet, it was the decision not to that saved his life. He ran and shoved his emotions inside. He now has no home, and only one goal. To find more ways to control and discover his sides, and further his natural powers.

| West N.E.S and Nyu-Konohagakure have more people then other villages.
Not to over step you chris but I believe it should be their choice to choose their location.
But I suggests he goes to south or west. | |
